The rules and format are very similar to last year with a maximum of three races out of nine possible races counting towards the final score. Bonus points are also available for certain races, but the rules have been amended so that these can be earned at a maximum of two races out of four. Have a look at the detailed rules to make sure you understand.

· Milton Keynes Triathlon on 20^th July

· Roade Sprint Triathlon on 28^th Sept
